This policy covers the Postiz scheduler at https://postiz.foliowrite.studio, operated by FoxTrack. It is a private tool with one user: the operator. It only connects to social media accounts that the operator owns or manages.
This app uses YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos. By connecting a YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
When an account is connected, the app receives the account name, account ID, profile picture, and access tokens from YouTube (Google) or Instagram (Meta). With these tokens, the app uploads videos and publishes posts that the operator prepares. It can also read basic statistics for those posts.
The data is used only to schedule and publish the operator's own content to the operator's own accounts. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising.
Account details, tokens, post text, and uploaded media are stored on a private server that the operator owns. They are kept only while the account stays connected, or until the operator deletes them.
Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its stored tokens. You can also remove access at any time:
Google and YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
Instagram and Meta: in Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. On Facebook, open Settings, then Business integrations.
To ask for all stored data to be deleted, email info@foxtrack.studio. The data is deleted within 30 days.
